Our Founder

Our Founder, Rebecca is a US Air Force military veteran who served her country for over 20 years with dedication, resilience, and deep commitment. After experiencing health challenges that reshaped her transition from military life, she felt called to continue serving others in a different capacity. 

Rooted in truth, faith, and inspired by the belief that even the smallest seed can move the greatest mountains, she founded and launched Mustard Seed Endeavors to help others develop healthy sustainable lifestyles while navigating and overcoming life’s challenges. 

Drawing from her military experience, personal health journey, and faith-based values, Rebecca is passionate about empowering others to pursue holistic health and wellness spiritually, mentally, and physically one intentional step at a time.
